Initiation: Scope & Overview
Together, we set the engagement scope and confirm key constraints (budget, timeframes, resourcing) before developing the design and/or broader programme. This foundational stage is a critical one demanding alignment from all stakeholders and a crystal clear vision for success.
Planning
With the scope, constraints and success vision confirmed, we shift into critical planning mode; developing the Best Course of Action, and operational pillars (Process & Procedures) required to bring it to life such as:

  • Schedule Management
  • Resource Management (inc. Training & Development)
  • Risk, Cost & Compliance Management
  • Communications & Change Roadmaps & Recommendations
  • Project Management Plans

Execution & Monitoring
In this third ‘action’ phase, we integrate, direct and coordinate all the people and partners required to execute the engagement programme. Along the way, we monitor all elements closely to ensure all deliverables are on time and budget, and all specs., standards and safety protocols are on point.
Handover & Completion
In this final phase, we close out the engagement with exceptional precision; carrying out any final training required, auditing and correcting any defects, commissioning third party project evaluations and pressure-testing all VG deliverables against the agreed engagement scope. Finally, we celebrate the shared success!
