With the scope, constraints and success vision confirmed, we shift into critical planning mode; developing the Best Course of Action, and operational pillars (Process & Procedures) required to bring it to life such as:

Execution & Monitoring

Handover & Completion
In this final phase, we close out the engagement with exceptional precision; carrying out any final training required, auditing and correcting any defects, commissioning third party project evaluations and pressure-testing all VG deliverables against the agreed engagement scope.
