Tom Cherrie is a seasoned Construction Manager with over 25 years of experience. He oversees all construction schedules, procurement processes and budgets.

Tom’s extensive knowledge and experience allow him to analyse projects from lateral and strategic perspectives. This enables him to provide valuable insights and guidance, starting from the development application (DA) stage to completion. With his deep understanding of design and practical construction, Tom makes informed decisions and provides expert guidance throughout the life of a project, ensuring meticulous management and efficiency.

Tom’s style is based on being agile, understanding that change can occur quickly and that teams need to be able to adjust. He encourages open communication among team members and believes it is key in delivering for VG Project Group and clients alike.
